Multi-passionate mama of three, Pilates studio owner, and trauma-informed holistic life coach — with a deep love for helping women reconnect to their strength, clarity, and purpose.

I’m also a certified Break Method practitioner, NLP + EFT coach, and a firm believer that healing isn’t just about what you do — it’s about who you become in the process.

I wear a lot of hats — Pilates educator, nervous system nerd, behavior strategist, and creator of ALIGN, my 8-week mind, body, and soul mentorship for women ready to step into their next chapter with confidence.

I’m a recovering perfectionist with a loud inner critic, a soft spot for women trying to hold it all together, and a zero-tolerance policy for shame-based self-help.

Hi, I’m Crystal, 

Pilates teacher. Behavior strategist. Trauma-informed coach.
Mom of three (with a 20-year gap — no, I’m not kidding).
Reformer addict. Recovering perfectionist. Fierce believer in a woman’s ability to rewrite her story.

I help women get unstuck. From their bodies, their burnout, their “why-am-I-like-this” spirals — and step into something that feels like freedom, clarity, and actual peace (the kind you don’t have to earn by doing more).

What I Really Do (besides Pilates & drinking coffee)

I help women clean up the mental, emotional, and physical chaos so they can finally feel strong in their bodies and grounded in their lives.

My tools? Movement, mindset, nervous system education, and a powerful method called Break Method — a no-fluff, science-backed approach to rewiring emotional patterns that keep you looping in the same stuck stories.

This isn’t just about “thinking positive” or doing more Pilates.
It’s about knowing yourself, healing the root patterns, and learning how to finally trust your own voice again.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Because I’ve been the high-achieving, emotionally exhausted, secretly anxious woman doing all the “right” things and still feeling like I was failing.

I’ve watched so many women (in my studio, my coaching, my circle) carry silent stress, lose themselves in motherhood or work, and wonder when they’ll feel like themselves again.

The truth? You don’t need to become someone else — you need to remember who you are underneath the mess, the roles, and the survival patterns.

That’s where I come in.
I don’t give you a quick fix. I walk with you while you build something that lasts.
